Oreo Mango Cheesecake

I like mango and I like cheesecake. Putting the two ingredients to make this mango cheesecake is definitely a prefect match for me. You can see that the whole cake is filled with the awesome mango flan layers, cubes and purees made from 100% fresh Thailand honey mangoes. The black oreo biscuits base gives a nice contrast with the cheese and mango flan layers on top and it really blends well in taste. Even my girl who does not like mangoes also likes it and asks for more. I have been searching for this kind of recipe for a long time and even went for baking classes for mango cheesecakes but could not find the recipe close to this. I am very grateful that a new friend I met in my one of the baking classes recently is willing to share her recipe with me. Thanks Eunice for your kindness and helpfulness!
